Flinders House explores architectural form-making with only the highest quality materials. The design is unapologetic in its monumentality and remain true to its earthy connection.

Designed by renowned Wood Marsh Architecture, the lavish beachside mansion sits on the crest of a hill on almost 30ha of land. In what appears to be an inspiration from nature, it resembles a butterfly from above with its two boomerang-shaped wings, with the locals commonly calling it the ‘Butterfly House’.

The primary wing that contains spaces including the wine cellar, heated pool, art gallery, sunken lounge and kitchen are connected via the jewel-like glass pavilion bridge to the dedicated ‘wing’ purely for guests are just some of the features of this unique property.

Shapeair is proud to have supplied the lightweight ductwork at Flinders House. Selected not only for its flexibility, ease of installation, thermal properties and excellent performance, but that it will provide exceptional performance for the life of the building – making it a perfect match.
