With construction well underway at the new hotel development at Melbourne Airport, the new 464-room hotel will be located near the airport’s Terminal 4 and within the new precinct known as ‘The Hive’.

The Irwinconsult engineered 10-storey hotel is a dual-branded property operating under Accor’s Novotel and Ibis Styles brands. Upon completion, it will offer guests gym and pool facilities, a café, bar, restaurant and conference room facilities. This project will kick-start the airport’s Hive precinct, which will also feature a childcare facility to support the airport’s 20,000 strong workforce.
